The Raid Canopy from IRONMAN 4X4 is built from aluminium, offering major weight savings compared to fibreglass and ABS alternatives. At around 65kg, it’s lightweight but still incredibly tough, with a 180kg dynamic and 350kg static load rating. The Raid Canopy has been independently tested and proven to withstand over 2 tonnes loaded on its roof in a static test. It also survived a 1.4-tonne pull test and corrugation test that delivered 1.6 million oscillation in just 16-hours, all while carrying a loaded roof setup, including a tent, awning and ensuite.

Designed for Practical Everyday Use 
The aluminium structural design also offers improved access to your tub through the wide, and tall canopy windows. Measuring 1100mm wide and almost 400mm tall, the side access windows make living with your ute a breeze. Built-in roof rails also make it simple to add cross bars for everything from timber transport to rooftop tents and awnings.

The Raid Canopy is engineered with serious strength in mind. Every unit includes an integrated tub-strengthening bracket designed specifically for your ute, using existing structural points for a seamless, rigid fit. Inside, you’ll find extensive structural bracing across the sills and pillars — a design unmatched in this space. Plus, wide spreader plates lock the panels together for a rock-solid, weatherproof seal.

Made for Tradies and Tourers 
The Raid Canopy includes practical features for work and adventure, such as integrated roof rails, a pressure vent to reduce dust ingress, twin gas struts on every window and door, captive nut for internal accessories, and pre-routed 12V wiring with cable tie points.
